Located on a 50-acre site at the Ridgeville Industrial Campus in Summerville, SC this 240,000-square-foot manufacturing facility will become the first facility in America for the India based company. In addition to the facility, 250 parking spaces will be included with the site development. The structural system will be comprised of steel and tilt-up panels. Upon completion, the plant will produce aluminum automotive components.

Strategically located at the intersection of US 78 & SC 27, the industrial campus and new facility provides tenants access to wider mobility throughout the region. This will be the first building on the campus, which will eventually be comprised of three structures in total.
