This project is located on a 19-acre site in the Southwest corner of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The office building campus is located within the Interstate of Crossing Business Park situated at I-29 and I-229.

Construction of the 150,000-square-foot, four story building began in April 2018 and completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.
