Located in the southern edge of Fresno, Amazon just finished a new fulfillment center that will cover nearly 78-acres of land within the North Pointe Business Park industrial complex. Construction on the 857,470-square-foot facility began the summer of 2017 and was completed 11 months later. Including both onsite and offsite improvements, the building will also include 1,700,000-square-feet of indoor mezzanine space.

During peak time, this FC will be shipping over 1 million packages per day.

The distribution center is expected to create over 3,500 jobs within the immediate area during peak time.

Dermody Properties and Seefried Industrial Properties are both serving as developers for the large-scale project.
