A new multi-family rental project called the AM 1980 Residences was built at the intersection of Milwaukee and Armitage Avenues in Chicago.
The building is located in the popular neighborhoods of Wicker Park and Bucktown and will be approximately 132 units with 20 parking spaces, taking advantage of Chicago’s new TOD ordinance. Construction is anticipated to start in the spring of 2017 with completion scheduled for 2nd quarter of 2018.
